Predominately they happen in London, which you would expect, being that it is the leading city in the world for events.
The Venues & Events Expo Southeast was born from the wish not only to create something as great as the exhibitions that already happened, but to also give a place to venues outside of London, specifically in the Southeast of England, to showcase themselves to the best event agencies, corporate buyers & all those who book event space in one place.
The Southeast of England is fast becoming one of the go to locations for corporates to host their events, with more outdoor space, the choice of manor houses, stately homes, castles & wild life reserves & more cost-effective DDR’s.
What makes the Venues & Events Expo Southeast different is that we have some of the best venues from London & a huge range of the fabulous venues & event suppliers from throughout the Southeast of England. Ensuring the range of exhibitors is diverse & not the same as all the other exhibitions.
We personally invite agencies & corporate buyers, as well as those who we know book venues such as PA’s, VA’s & EA’s so we can ensure the quality of the attendees.
We are strong believers in quality over quantity & that is what we bring to the Venues & Events Expo.
We are working with some fantastic suppliers, speakers & workshop hosts to ensure the event is beneficial to all those who join us on the day, be that exhibitor or attendee.

Co-Founder Mark Kingston Jones & his team at Team Building with Bite, will be hosting a fully interactive workshop & will literally be giving you the power tools to network while making puzzle feeders for primates.
Owners Debra & Graham Green of Chives Caterers will be hosting their extremely popular Canapes & Bubbles Workshop, sharing the importance of good catering at your event, & of course sampling what is possible when you work with a good caterer.
MD Paul Bishop of UK Mobile Bars & his team will be hosting several Cocktail Masterclasses introducing different ways to entertain guests & attendees at your events.
Co-Founder Helen Moon of Event Well & her team will be hosting a Health & Well Being workshop, sharing tips & hacks to keep you at maximum health when organising & running events.
We are also really excited to have Kings Ferry Coaches as our transport partner & we will be running shuttles, in their luxury corporate coach, from the local train station, Maidstone East, in the morning & afternoon so that our attendees can get to us with ease & don’t have to drive if they don’t want to.
