Welcome to Forward Thinking from the AIEA

Our dedicated group for younger members has been designed by the very people who will help shape the future of our industry.

With a separate event schedule planned to be both educational and fun, Stephen Caldaralo from PAC is leading this initiative with Julie Alexander, Ball Associates, in the official ‘Mumager’ role. Sharing knowledge and information is at the core of the Alliance and this new group will enable the younger members of our industry to engage in productive and positive events, designed to develop their industry skills, discover new ideas and working practices and network with likeminded individuals all undertaking a similar journey.

Our first event

The AIEA is hosting its first event for the new Forward Thinking Group, for members of the AIEA under 25 years of age.

Thursday 23 April 2020 will see the members enjoy an educational session chaired by Julie Alexander of Ball Associates and Marc Buxey from DeVere, before enjoying a tour of the venue and dinner and then a fun experience at Bounce.
