This week we are starting a series about our member agencies. Our members are the recipe for our success and without them The AIEA would not exist. We are proud to say we have around 80 fantastic member agencies on our books.

We start our series with Mabrouka Events. A successful family run event management agency that was founded  by the lovely Sharon O’Sullivan 21 years ago following a successful 20 year career in hotel and agency management.  After 4 years of being a very busy one woman band, Sharon’s eldest Daughter Joanna Cartwright joined the business following an established career in Account Management within the IT industry.  The agency continued to grow again when Sharon’s other twin Daughter Layla joined the family in 2008 following her maternity leave as an EA to board level Directors within the Pharma industry.  In that time, the team have had four different office locations starting off in High Wycombe then Wooburn Green and Flackwell Heath; and now Old Town Beaconsfield in Bucks which they moved to in October 2021.

The Mabrouka girls have a huge passion for the events industry and love the creativity involved in the day to day running of an events agency.  And this year Mabrouka are super proud to be celebrating 21 years in business in January 2022 and offer a full service event management offering, ‘the perfect mix’ of event solutions globally!
